How Do You Ship?

We ship using Australia Post's express parcel/satchel service. We try to get your order in the post on the same day you place it, but may take up to 2 days during busy periods. If your order is urgent you can leave a note while checking out or call us on 0418 831 312.

If you have any other specific delivery instructions, a note can be left while checking out.

What is your return policy?

If you need to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please return the goods in as-new condition within 30 days of your purchase and we'll exchange your item. Please send us an email or call before hand. burtoncook@bigpond.com
